Organ Lessons
The pipe organ is unlike any other instrument — majestic, rich in sound, and endlessly rewarding to play. My lessons are designed to welcome both pianists interested in expanding their skills and beginners eager to explore the organ for the first time. Drawing on my professional training in both piano and organ, I offer students a well-rounded approach that blends the strengths of each discipline. For pianists making the transition, I focus on bridging the gap between the two instruments, guiding them through articulation, pedal technique, and coordination while building on their existing musical foundation.
At the same time, I believe learning music should be both structured and inspiring. My teaching is encouraging and detail-oriented, balancing accuracy with expression, posture, and relaxation. This integrated approach not only equips students with the technical tools they need but also fosters confidence, artistry, and a genuine enjoyment of the instrument—making they journey into organ playing both rewarding and transformative.

Keyboard Technique — The manuals (keyboards) resemble a piano, but the touch and articulation are very different, requiring clarity and independence.

Registrations — The organ allows you to shape your sound through stops and combinations, creating unique tonal palettes.
Spatial Awareness — Due to the organ’s size, students develop heightened sensitivity to timing, resonance, and projection.

Basic Keyboard Skills — Clear, confident playing on the manuals (keyboards).
Pedal Playing — How to use your feet smoothly and effectively.
